His team were very efficient and polite and got the job done without any fuss or complications. The best part was that they constantly kept me up-to-date regarding the progress of the project. I have used this business twice before their work on my property today and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. As usual their work was of a high standard. What I also like is that the customer is privy to the process to determining the quotation from the submitting of the photos through to your signature. This transparency and honesty in the way they do business is admirable and unique. That level of professional integrity is sadly often found to be lacking in Cape Town.

My asbestos slate roof was over 100 years old and in dire need of replacement. I researched several roofing companies and eventually settled on Ross & Son. You never know what's going to happen until the team is on-site, of course, but Sean, Charl and the guys were consummate professionals all the way through. The lead-up to a roof replacement can be a stressful time, but once Charl and his team arrived, they took care of everything, worked to schedule, and communicated effectively from start to finish. This is a completely reliable company that I am sure I will use again for other work at my house. (Oh - and we love our new roof!)
