Thank you to Glyniss, Jan and the installation team for absolutely brilliant service! We installed kitchen counters some 4years ago which carried a 10 year guarantee, two of the tops cracked because of the edging that initially wasn’t done correctly, however needless to say the tops where replaced without hesitation. It’s great to see a company that not only acknowledged the mistake but went to great lengths to resolve the issue. A BIG THANK YOU once again!!

Empoyees of this company came to do work at a construction site near me and, in spite of the two enormous no-parking signs, proceeded to park in my driveway. They were completely unapologetic and the driver told me quite patronisingly that there was need to be rude as I was clearly quite cross. No manners, no courtesy - a very poor showing of the people in this company.
There are 4 aspects of their service. 1. Sales, Brad guided us through all of the options with great patience and professionalism. His quote arrived when he said it would and we proceeded to phase 2. The cutting and polishing was completed when they said it would. Phase 3 is when they send a team of artisans who make templates from hardboard on site and fit them to perfection. Phase 4 is the installation carried out by another team who was quick, friendly and efficient. When they took the old tops of our kitchen unit we were horrified to find how poorly they had been made but the installation team carried on and made a superb job. The price was at least half that of a high profile competitor. All in all we would, and do, recommend them to anybody.
We had good service and the deadline was met. I'm absolutely delighted with the end product. My kitchen counters are beautiful!
