The waiting period is unpleasant and the staff in the cubicles is not very helpful and not friendly at all u have to sit there for hours and there is nothing to occupy urself with there is forever one or sometime if u very lucky sometimes two ppl to assist it's a poor performance from them as they are a world class lab
