No massage oil or lotion. Large cold room. The therapist took lots of breaks. If it was advertised as a hands-on yoga stretch massage, it might have gotten more stars because the therapist did get me into some good stretches but that's not why I was there so I can't give stars for that.

Massage held in a personal room, cold and noisy with kid running in the background. No receipt of payment issued after asking for it countless time. Therapist said online issue. Why run a business if so. I'm deeply disappointed and never going back there..
