Service is pathetic, always an issue every visit, you wait for hours and no1 tells you anything.... few years ago they lost my daughter's clinic card, today they lost my son's folder, was there for a 12 O clock appointment but waited two hours for them to make a new folder, eventually got seen by the nurse and the nurse was so cold and in such a hurry, Decided to make an appointment for myself for my family planning which is due tomorrow but they said they are fully booked, I asked if there was another option they just said wait until a date is available or go to a other facility. Decided to go look elsewhere to have my kids seen to.

Today I had the most horrible experience at this clinic my appointment was for 12 o'clock drop my card in the box at 11:30 after 4o'clock I had to ask when am i being assisted the nursing staff dont care just for them to tell me they cant find my folder not communicating with me once I'm ore

Service is bad ... how can all staff go on a break at the same time ... sitting more than 3hours min. Not everyone is at home to sit at the clinic whole day . There is people working...
