Simply Asia in Cavendish is under new ownership and it shows. This is the place to go if you're having a noise overload. The staff are fantastic, the food is amazing and my daughter and I left, ready to face the madness that is Cavendish on a Saturday. A huge thank you to Lynn and her family, who also own the Simply Asia in Kenilworth.

Sale staff need to be adequately trained in the way they interact with customers they also need to be taught how the extras work. I order the 514 but always ask for an extra portion of noodles, the last time I was there the sales operator simply said no, it was not possible, which was frustration because I knew that it was possible! The food is, however, still definitely worth the agony of having to interact with the staff

I ordered the 101 Vegetable Spring Rolls as well as another Vegetarian dish on Ubereats. After eating the first spring roll I realised that it tasted a bit odd so I broke open a second spring roll only to find that it looked like there was meat inside. I then checked the box which read "107" - these are the CHICKEN spring rolls on the menu. I am absolutely mortified as it is my first time eating meat! Definitely not a great mistake to make Simply Asia. I am so disappointed.

When you order the 107 Chicken Spring Rolls for R58, dont expect 107 spring rolls to arrive. Smh
