Our car went into Farbers to get fixed after an accident. It took more than 3 months for them to be able to "fix" the car. We got told that the car was fixed and that we can come and collect. I got into the car and realised that the steering wasnt aligned. I took it back and got some bs story saying that the insurance didnt cover that. I then took it to tiger wheel and tire for inspection. They told me that the workmanship on this was horrible and the the steering rack was still bent after the accident. I took it back to Farbers and then got told some long story again. None the less it took another 3 weeks with no communication. Then after the 3rd time we got told the car was fixed, drove from Stellenbosch just to realise that it wasnt fixed once again. To say the least Deon was the biggest story teller and dishonest to me. The car is still not fixed after all this time. I rather took it to another dealership to do a propper job. Will NEVER recommend this to anyone.
