Horrific customer experience!! I've never experienced such a disgusting customer experience! I returned an item I purchased within my 7 day window for a refund. I was given a long story about refunds, but as soon as I mentioned that the consumer protection act allows me to make a return within 7 days, they obliged. It's been 2 weeks now since I returned the item and I've still not been refunded. I've followed up 3 times and each time I get a different story and have to argue with the staff. I've now asked to speak to the manager / owner and the staff refuse to put me through to either. I've purchased from here at least 3 times and have spent more then R20,000 at this shop but I will NEVER purchase from here again. Beware of this place, their after sales service is disgusting!

I spotted an Ibanez electric acoustic guitar to add to my Ibanez collection and the next day i got a confirmation from Jade. They then sent me detailed tracking to track my guitar as it was on its way to me! One week later i have it and its amazing! Such awesome service from Jade and the Sound select crew and courier! I highly recommend them for great service and online shopping! Thanks Jade!

i will never buy from sound again for as long as i live. ordered my guitar, did not get any feedback, had to phone them so many times. finally got someone to help me, was told that my guitar was out of stock. tried to get something similar, only to be let down again. product arrived at my house and it was the wrong guitar. now they refuse to take my calls. i am still waiting for the right guitar. please dont ever buy from them.
I have been a loyal customer of STS, bought 2x alto 312 and 2x alto 318s speakers from them, one of the alto 312 was a display unit, other was sealed, purchased it in feb, went home, set it up to hear the full effect, noticed a slight smell from the display unit speaker didnt take much note of it, country went into lockdown, packed speakers away. Took them out as lockdown started to ease, set them up to realize that the display unit speaker woofer was not working. played with the volume then it started working again. immediately took it back to STS, only to be told the woofer is damaged and that its not carried under warranty, which I agree with but given the circumstances that it was a display unit and display unit speakers get played hard, and the fact that we only really got to test them now. They refused to come to an arrangement, really upset as I spent so much money with them. I would advise to stay away from them.
Worse service ever. I would prefer to rate it a MINUS 5if there was an option!
