Great day out with fresh local produce and artisinal products. Lesser knownWine farms keep it interesting. Lovely cooking demos, with chefs and engaging competitions. Good shade and sufficient seating.

Less parking inside this year (2019), apparently allocated to exhibitors, where public used to park. Long walk in. Seems like there were a lot more seating areas - great! However, appears to have been fewer children's activities. Seeing as they're now charging for kids, more provision should be made for their entertainment. Otherwise, enjoyable as always. We attend every year.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Well organized. Huge marqui where live entertainment took place. Bands, line dancing exhibition. Could also join in the dancing. All farm animals on display. Food was good.

Great festival! I have been going for the past 4 years. Wine stalls are getting fewer, but still very enjoyable. However, if you are looking to make it a family trip, best to avoid the Saturday as most of the attendees are drunk students

Its very crowded. You can hardly taste any cheese or wine because of the masses of people. Outside of the cheese and wine tents...there are lots of lovely food....I suggest skipping the wine and cheese and just go for the forestalls. Sit outside with friends...have lunch....kids can run around and play...but stay out of cheese tents.....its not worth the shoving with the whole of Stellenbosch university students to get a sip of wine

Best festival for a huge group of friends or even a family on sunday. Great cheese and wine tastings, not too expensive at all. Would recommend to attend at least once.
