I looked around the show room for the pipe fittings displayed on the website - in a unimpressive mess and little regard for health and safety of customers I couldn’t see what was shown on the internet. Spoke to the sales man on the left. The service I got was in keeping with the show room- I asked about the fittings he said maybe at another branch. I looked around again and was just about to leave when I saw the sales man with the black glasses frame on the right was free. I was expecting another serving of what I had already experienced but no!!!!!!! What a polite pleasant patient and helpful person-although he could not assist directly he told me where to go and gave me additional necessary info. First review I ever wrote hope management see it.

A nice place to visit when interacting wiith sales and admin staff, however, the despatch guys need to be more accommodating of customers who sometimes wait long for assistance.
