Helpful staff. Good photo prints....for those of us who still do that

Appalling service, I went to do a personalized photo frame for Xmas. I went in to ask about the photo frame & how it works with printing it, a curly haired girl told me to email the photo to the email address, which I did. I was told it might not be ready that day and I should collect on the Saturday. I picked it up on Monday, in the photo frame my daughter's arms were cropped off... Looked very distasteful. I asked the young guy why this is, he said it could be because they couldn't fit the whole picture in he's sure they would've showed me or told me about it. I said no one showed or told me about anything. He then proceeded to say otherwise there would've been a white background around it. I said I would not have minded that if I was just shown. No apologies, no offer to fix it. I had to walk out there with a product I was not happy with because I had no time to go back & forth about the mess up.. What a terrible way of handling this. Never again... It's a small inexpensive thing but this was an arrogantly appaling way to respond to a customer when they clearly messed up.

Always such friendly staff. The female that works at the store(wish I knew her name) effectively leaves a "have a good day :)" on my envelope after each purchase and honestly, she contributes to my successful day believe it or not. Keep up the good work!

Terrible service. All three staff members acted as if they were doing me a massive favour. Jobs are scarce. One would expect more appreciation of a job and show some enthusiasm. Dragging their feet with everything they were meant to do. No interest whatsoever. Took two staff members 40 minutes to download 6 pics from a USB and on top of it I was charged for an extra pic which I never ordered nor received.This meant that I had to watch everything they did.

Very poor service. People don't appreciate their jobs after having an intense lockdown. So upset by such bad service. I went to make something they said i must go to the website which i dont understand. I messaged their whatsapp line yet they ignore me as they are online but dont reply

Wanted only a digital passport photo taken and copied to my own USB stick. They charge R65 for 4 printed photo's - so thought it would be cheaper. Yeah? Surprisingly not. Recommend you look elsewhere.
