Absolutely rude and disgusting service. Advert on building states "direct to public" but obnoxious staff refuse to assist. All customers check pricing as the prices are higher than average and check expiry date on products. Avoid this place.

If I get lost in this place, please do not send anyone to look for me! This is the place to be...sweets, chocolates, biscuits, drinks. I'm having me a party. Everything and more a child - one as big and old enough as I am - may need. The variety is good and the prices are very reasonable. Always well-stocked and a nice way to spend some time. It's gonna cost you... because you will want to buy of everything. But, it's your choice after all. Sweet. See what I did there???

Bad experience when near closing time. They rush you to get done , telling you the store is closing and we should finish up. that was 15minutes before closing time. Not my fault you still need to stay behind. Better your service to customers for a better experience.

Sweet Xpress is really the first of its kind in Cape Town. A Mini Makro specializing in sweets, biscuits, chocolates, cooldrink, chips, lollipops and party goods. As a busy housewife i was able to find all i needed for my kids party under one roof. The range of goods is extensive and really what the southern suburbs needed as a shopping experience. Great prices and pleasant shopping!
