3 months, 16 phone calls, my machine hasnt been touched, everytime i call they have an excuse. I highly recommend you try them out, you have to experience kak service like this to appreciate the good service that others give. Its actually unbelievable how terrible they are, i urge you to see for yourself. Believe the reviews, its all true...

Never again will I use this “family business”. Most unfriendly and unhelpful family/staff, where customer service does not seem to exist. Plus the prices! Paid R250 for a fridge thermostat, which I later discovered cost R64 at Tecsa Reco, 33 Montague Drive, where staff were helpful and friendly. Well worth driving a few extra miles for hugely cheaper prices and decent customer service.
Dropped in the late morning, received in perfect order that same day! Simply brilliant! Thank you!! Wish there were more businesses just like this!
Requested washing machine to be fixed in February, to this day still not fixed after contacting them multiple times for updates on expected day they would come a collect machine for repairs. Was really eager to support local business but after 5 months wait for service had to notify them that need to look for alternative as could not wait any longer.

Thank you Table View Home Appliances for fixing our microwave! Mend Appliances wanted to charge us almost double the cost to do the same job, but you did it for much less and so quickly! (Same day service!)
For a better part of the last years they have been very supportive, for the other part very unprofessional, unhelpful and takes forever to actually assist you. I wouldnt even recomend wasting your time to go in if the old man is sitting at the counter.
