They sent out a techie yesterday, and today our telly's back with new parts in it! That's impressive! They are very responsive and the technician, Lameck, was a real joy to work with. I hope the telly stays working for years to come!

My Smart TV had to have the main board replaced. Picked up (wearing a face mask) same day, assessed and quoted the next day and returned the day after. Very courteous, friendly and good value for the service rendered. Will definitely use TEC Center again if the need arises.

I was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness particularly since I randomly picked this business through the internet. The technician was professional and punctual. He picked up the TV as it couldn't be fixed on site. A day later I got a message with a quotation. After giving him the go-ahead, I got a call the following day enquiring whether there's somebody home to accept delivery of the fixed TV. Wow!!!
