Excellent service and certainly much cheaper than hotel laundry service. We used them twice whilst staying in Cape Town and the service was brilliant. Beautifully cleaned and folded and vacuum packed - ideal service to do before you go home - saves all the washing when you get home. Thanks so much.

Good service, and accommodating as well (business hours are from 7:30 AM until 6 PM Mon-Fri I believe). Whilst staying in self catering accommodation nearby without a laundry facility of it's own, I made use of this launderette's services. Well priced; and happy with the service rendered

Everything was going good until the one day I noticed that I sent my washing to be done and collected and I payed, went home to unpack it and to see right at the bottom my pair of black tights.. The right leg had a clean cut through it. I phoned and complained and he then told me that I was the one that sent it to the place like that. Absolutely disgusting to make him think I sent it like that, why would I send a broken pair of tights to be washed even the cut piece !!! I then also found out there scale is wrong and they jip you of your money cause they always round up your kgs, I go there at its 8,5kgs, they make me pay for 9 kgs and it's only cash they do so it easier for them. Absolutely hate this place.
