We have been back a few times, the sushi chef knows his fish and serves the freshest tuna in town. I know the deep red colour of fresh tuna well. Their daily special is great value and quality. The staff super, only the ambiance needs some attention.

This was previously a 5 star rating. Why did I change it? Well the food is still good. Service is near nonexistent. They also have a "unlimited" buffet. This consists of 3 items that can be selected off a very limited menu(total of 4 sushi types). How much for that you ask, R129. While i can still get past the fact that my wife and I misunderstood the waiter, I can not get past waiting for more than an hour to speak to the owner to explain my frustration. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I advise anyone against going there. Place feels like a ghost town anyway. I now understand why.
Can't believe all the negative comments. Had a great experience. Supergood food for a cheap price, didn't have to wait long at all and the waitress were so cute and friendly! Would love to go back.
Sorry, I have to say that this is the worst place! Terrible service, we waited 1,5hr for our food, waitress was very rude when she misunderstood an order. As for the food, the rice was watery had no salt or flavour and fish was rubbery. Don't know why others reviewed this place as good, it's no wander it always empty. And to top it off, avoid touching under your seat as you will be disgusted by what you feel under there. Everything feels unhygienic.. Blah!
The sushi is consistently good, and excellent value. The R99 platter is excellent. I agree that the service is rather rudimentary.
The sushi is usually fresh and good value for money. Service is very slow. Make sure you go to the toilet before going as the outside toilets are not the most inviting
Never ever again. Ordering via phone was more than tedious, delivery to a place literally around the corner took 90 minutes instead of the promised 30 minutes, half the order was missing on delivery yet they still charged the full price (only realised that later unfortunately). The sushi tasted ok though.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The food was lousy, the service was ridiculous, there were extra charges on our bill and there were bugs in my food when it was served.
