Very bad service and not helpful at all. Went to get money from a moneygram, were informed that they could not help, they do not do moneygrams. Then I wanted to exchange some euros to South African rands, had passport and id available, once again they could not help as they needed proof of residence. This for 125 euros! The only good thing is that they directed me to Bidvest bank where I were helped with both my requests and without proof of residence. Don't waste your time going to this Travelex branch
