Last Friday I arrived at the Licence queue at 1300 and got to door by 1530 which considering the number of people seemed acceptable! Now 1530 is closing time BUT to my surprise and delight the staff member managing the flow informed us that all persons in the queue over 60 should remain as we work be able to stay! So about 8 stayed and received our discs! A positive shout out that even with a long queue the 3 staff did a great job efficiently and at a fast pace! Was home by 1600! THANK YOU

So bad. Queued for an hour outside the building. Very few allowed to wait inside. For heaven's sake - we're on Level 1 now! Evidently still on skeleton staff - no doubt due to "Covid". A whole lot of people enjoying working half the time at half the pace, for full pay. Eventually abandoned the queue with 15 min to closing time. I wasn't close to getting inside
