This company is very unprofessional. My mom is an invalid - and Im trying to sort out her outstanding Pathcare accounts that has been handed over to this Vericred. So I managed to get them to send me the emails. But NO WHERE are you able to contact them. They claim to have wattapp - but it doesnt work. Yes they have a job to do - but how about being a bit human friendly? The worse ever organization I have every dealt with. Un you cant "not" rate them as your forced to take at least 1 star. what a joke. They dont pick up the phone cause they know you then will/have to pay. We get charged for SMS's 3 times on one day. Who send the same SMS 3 times a day for an entire month? I wish the Ombuds can step in and help those who are being scammed by this organisation.

Don't know where they get the people.. They cannot pronounce a name or surname, cannot send an E-Mail, Cannot call back, Don't even try and ask for a Manager, they are always in meetings. Can't send an Statement. when it gets close to the end of the month, expect a call from them for each of your every account. Outright Rude - "I see you have a nice job, why are you paying so little??" PathCare Pick another Collections company ..

they have just phoned me, said they would send details of how i can pay and how much i owe, and all they send me is a refernce number and their telephone number which nobody except a computer answers, so now i have been on the phone for 10 minutes and still got no further details. if my account is at debt collection doesnt that mean i may just be strugglin gwith money and thus cannot afford a 10 minute phone call to get nothing solved.. pathetic.. i want to pay my account and they wont give me detil as to how!!!ridiculous

I keep getting spammed with calls and sms's relating to an account that isnt even mine. The ID number or name doesnt match. The second account was paid on time - I even sent them POP's, I dont understand how it was handed over in the first place. I have explained and emailed and FB chatted to no avail. This is harrassment.

This company is so unprofessional. You try and call them and no one picks up the phone. I paid my outstanding bill only for the services rendered by the Pathologists. I refuse to pay any calls as I only received 1 call from a consultant. I paid the account of R393.81 today, so please check your bank account with reference 10001 0672 4801 1. According to me my account is closed.

I was called at the end of May to pay an outstanding account, which I did the next day. I received a phone call about a 2 weeks ago stating that i have still not paid, I then went into the bank... The lady that i am dealing with at the bank has been diverted to various departments but with no results. She submitted the reference number & proof of payment etc but still nothing.
