The only reason I give 2 stars is for the guy I met downstairs advertising your store. He took the time to explain in detail and whilst my husband was super excited to have the experience I was apprehensive so the guy recommended I try a free 10min demo so we went upstairs to your store. The 2 guys that where upstairs looked so annoyed to be giving us the free demo. On your website it states "friendly" service, our experience was far from that. We left before playing the shooting game that my husband would have happily paid for if we felt more welcomed.
