When lockdown occurred when we were in the UK she kept us informed of travel restrictions and eventually when we couldn't fly back on BA she organised our flights back on Qatar. My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary on a small, remote island called Pangkor Laut in Malaysia and Glenda handled all the details quickly and seamlessly. The local ground handler was excellent and Glenda went further to make sure the resort knew it was a special occasion with flowers, wine and a welcome letter in the room. This was the 1st trip booked through Glenda and will not be the last.

It was a bucket list dream for us to visit Cuba. Not only to experience the history and culture, but also to do some diving. In celebration of my wife's birthday we decided to fulfill a dream of hers to go on a cruise. Given it was her 50th I decided we'd go big and do Europe and sat down with Glenda in order to plan a holiday of note. What materialized was a trip to Italy incorporating 4 cities (Venice, Genoa, Florence and Rome) and a 7 day Mediterranean cruise on the western side that was absolutely spectacular. Everything was on point, the flights, the accommodation, the transfers, we couldn't have asked for more as we didn't need to worry about a thing. Wow what a year.. We had planned to visit Paris, Athens and Greece with a group of family and friends - unfortunately due to Covid19, this had to be put on hold. Glenda was amazing in getting all the credits, refunds and more - it was done seamlessly and without any problems. We booked a holiday to Bali in May through West Beach Travel and unfortunately due to Covid-19 we chose to cancel ahead of time. Glenda was outstanding and so professional from start to finish of our booking, giving us great options, ideas and value for money.
