I was there at 11am on Saturday. Nobody was there. Even phoned beforehand and the phone went to voicemail. There was no way I could find out what is going on and a waste of time to go there. A note on the door would have been good. I heard someone slamming a door inside but they pretended I wasn't there when I knocked. Their trading time on a Saturday is until 1pm. Very disappointing.

One of those places that remind you of good-old-service. My machine broke. I dropped it off earlier and it is already ready for collection. The bill is much lower than expected.
Would give 5 stars but had to climb steps which personally for me is daunting. Very friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful. Also offers sewing lessons
I stumbled into the store with an emergency...a bobbin that I couldn't remove. I arrived unannounced and flustered and the owners put me at complete ease! Absolutely MARVELLOUS service! Not only did Michael fix it but there was no charge!! Thank you!! I will be using your establishment all the time for future machine services! Boni
