Real slow service from Bush Lapa Gauteng North. This is the second time that they did a warranty repair on my Bush Lapa and had the caravan for 4 weeks now. The first repair also took them more than 3 weeks to do. All repairs were small easy repairs. The caravan quality is good, they service promised was good but the service delivered by them really slow and a lot of excuses that is lame and old. They do not care about their customers after the sale was done. ( The work done was good and I did not have to take the caravan back again for problems related to the repairs.- 21 January 2021) 21 January 2021 The first week in Nov 2020 I took my Bushlapa in for repairs to Bush Lapa Gauteng (Zambezi Branch) The wooden roof cover on the front bed was rotted and in bad shape. They repaired the roof, resealed the whole front cover and tested for leaks, did some minor maintenance repair on the cable tie downs in the caravan. The service was really good, I was kept in the loop with the progress and I took delivery of the caravan on the day and time promised. I was really impressed with their service this time round and I have to say that the improved service made me a happy customer and one who will recommend them to anybody who wants to use them for repairs and alterations to their Bush Lapa. The work done was also done under warranty although the Baobab was not covered under warranty anymore. Another good point towards their customer service. Thanks Bush Lapa Gauteng team for the good service and pleasant way that you handled the whole situation.

Service at Centurion was excellent. Gas leak on the geyser. In at 08h50 Dun and dusted at 09h30. Francois new exactly where to look for the problem. Thank you Mitch for the friendly and speedy service. Bushlapa Centurion is definitely the place to do business with.

I'm sure they provide a great product (there is sufficient demand for them), but I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a revised quote and clarification on queries from the Centurion dealership, but still no reply. I took my business elsewhere.
Real deal if you are looking for a 4x4. Just considering the weight Bush Lapa can carry, there is absolutely no other to choose from.
