What amazing staff. Everyone is very helpful. They kept coming to the door to apologize to us for having to wait due to being short staffed due to the taxi strike. I definitely will be going back again soon.

I just went to the store and wanted to exhange or get my money back and my waranty is a month pver because off the lockdown. The lady came up with an attitude already shaking her head. Then she said its not her problem coz it was sold by the previous owner as if i knew that. She refused to help me saying i was rude. And saying it was not bought there...but on the slip say the shop. Then she walls back saying she knows me..and calling a man who wanted to get fisical with me. And they threw me out the door. I am gonna take this futher. And its the worst place to shop ever. I wil take this matter futher. And it has a 6 month waranty on 2nd hand stuff..i wil make sure this bussiness is known for their unprofesionalism..and rudeness..

Store very untidy, feels more like a personally owned business instead of a franchise. The staff is not very competent and even asks for personal details. I would recommend using Cash Crusaders across the road.

Got very bad and unprofessional service today. Im not happy at all and then employees making comments to other customers if you complain so they think they can do as they please when the owner is not there
