I'm not impressed... I looked online for the item I wanted. Their website indicated that they had stock. I drive a long way to the store only to find that they don't have stock. So I decided that I'd order it online. I placed the order online and made payment while in the store 2 days later I get an email confirming the receipt on my order and payment and only now would my order be sent. So instead of the original 3 -5 day deliver it was now extended by another 2 days. If you want to trade online then we'd better keep up with your competition. I'll think twice before shopping here or ordering online with them again.

Decathlon is a mega sports shop. It's one of the best stocked sports shop that I have visited. They stock apparel, shoes, sports equipment, camping tents, etc. Their sports wear is extremely well-cut and stylish. Their goods are of a high quality and their prices are competitive. However, they do not accept American Express cards and only inform you of this after you have shopped.

It's a decent sports store that offers you almost all kinds of accessories for almost all sports types. Its competitor would be like a Sportsman Warehouse. However, their variety of accessories for each sport type are not much... well, at the Centurion branch. Most of the items are not popular brand items. I don't see them as a specialist store or offering specialist items per sport type. However, it can be a money-saving start for those trying out a sport and then moving to more advanced accessories. Service is good and the store was very quiet on Sunday.
