Had excellent service telephonically and in person with Sata (I probably spelt his name wrong) when I bought a brushcutter this morning. Very professional and appears these guys have spares and knowledge of all mowers. I'm very happy.

Can't complain about service, as I didn't receive any. Stood the for quite a few minutes without being acknowledged by any staff member. I was seen by 4 members, yet no one bothered to assist.

This is the worst business in Gauteng !! They had my lawnmower in for service for EIGHT WEEKS & they didn't call me and I couldn't get them to answer their phones, even though I phoned 11 times over three days. Eventually I spoke to the woman responsible for service & repairs. She couldn't find my job and then when she Eventually did, she couldn't tell me when it would be finished. She promised to phone me back BUT NEVER DID ! Totally unacceptable service. Dennis Motors, Centurion doesn't deserve to remain in business !

Got quote a price for a repair then 6 days later got a call to say the work is done and it was more than double the price. (A few days later) The manager did call and was very professional and offered to take out the extra parts they used. Also promised to take corrective action. Changed the review from a 1 star to 3 star

As with a previous comment, one star as there is not an option for none. Absolutely terrible service and communication, after a month i picked up my machine in pieces.... Would definitely not recommend
