If have asked Elene' Pools to assis me to diagnose a problem with my pool. After my R250 call out and wrong diagnoses and another R1200 later my pool still has the same problem. Elene's Pools is now ignoring my calls and dont want to pay back my money. Please be aware! Dont use them!

The staff are friendly, but that is where it unfortunately stopped for me. They came to assess my pool problem and reported that I needed to replace the suction line. After paying full upfront the work commenced. My pool suction problem persisted after the new line was installed. I have had a bad experience with their after service. Called several times, went into the shop personally and sent them WhatsApp videos of the problem. No response. 2 weeks down the line I opted to try a different Pool company. They came to assess and tested my pump, which was the problem all along. That company got everything sorted in 2 days. Something Elene's pools could not do. They are not good in problem detection and I have my doubts on whether my suction line needed to be replaced.

Elene's Pools is one of the best trusted swimming pool companys that I know. I think in fact the most trust worthy . Everyone at Elene's Pools is friendly and helpful. They are very proud of their work, only the best is good enough.
Very good at frontline sales. Not so good with problem solving. Good luck if you have an issue with your pool or even items on warranty.
I suppose the service is friendly, and not bad per se. However I always get the impression that they are trying to "up sell" as if the staff are working on commission. No doubt that when I walk out there my "basket" is always more expensive than any other pool shop. Got further confirmation when I requested a quote for them to come out to my home. Substantially more than other quotes... Personally I will avoid them as far as possible.
Provides quotes that do not fix problems mentioned. Changes parts which probably arent necessary to be changed. Leaves pump in worse off condition than what it was before they started the job. Then sends another quote to do more work because they incorrectly inspected the pump in the first place.
Absolutely terrible service. Never on time, never does what promised and definitely not what you pay for.
