So, I gave Gugu less than 24hrs to whip up a cake for my daughter's 19th. Man, did she deliver! Looked as good as it tasted.

She did not meet the deadline, made us wait...the cake was not fresh and to top it off, she refused to refund us after we accidentally paid her twice.
I received the worst kind of service, I asked for a spiderman cake and what I have received looks like a 3year old has done the cake. Its a mess, the worse part is that she did not even respond to my messages. The trauma she caused honestly I don't think she comprehends. Now I need to find another baker on short notice to bake my son a cake for his birthday!!
