Absolute horrible service. Handed in our paperwork and paid for a vehicle to be registered with Nellie at numberplate place. When we got there to fetch it she apparently didn't receive our proof of residence - she doesnt phone or anything to let you know so you get there and she stares at you with a blank expression and that's it. So we sent the proof of residence AGAIN. My husband phones her and she tells him over the phone everything is in order and done we can come fetch it. We asked my mom to go as we are in Botswana and she tells my mom she didnt receive the proof of residence yet! I lost it and said she must give everything back to my mom and we will get someone else capable of doing their job to take care of it! Numberplate place is definitely not the correct place to do registrations or anything for that matter! They just waisted our time and we will now have to pay a penalty for registering our car over the 21 days you get to do so. Never again! I will not refer anyone to them!!!! They just waist your time.

Worst service ever. Took weeks to get some of the licenses with promise after promise being broken. One still missing. Nellie now missing with my last papers and/or money!

Avoid this business. I have in my life never done business that I regretted more. They overpromise and then underdeliver catastrophically. There is a good chance they will waste months of your life, and force you to incur costs on calming tablets. After taking the last bit of business away to another place, Nellie promised she would refund for the work they didn't do, and after about 6 reminders she still has not paid back the money (maybe a JZ fan) Trust me continue on to another number place and registration business.
