Ask for Lillian by name for personalized customer service. Store gets busy, so I would suggest that you email them your documents ahead of time for them to print them for you and all you need to do is collect and pay. Thank me later ; )

Very appaling service! If I could give this place a zero rating I would. Very rude staff! We were actually chased out of this place today.

Lady Manger there is very rude and unprofessional!!! No one at the door to measure my temperature so i walked inside. Few moments later she was screaming at me chasing me out asking why im entering the shop.

Ive been chased out of postnet Bluevalley, I walked in while I was busy on my phone looking for the docs to print. Thr manager said in a harsh voice that I must close the door, I told her that when Iwalk in it was opened, plz ask me nicely. She pulled me by the arm and force me and I refused, so she said she is not going to help me I must leave the store. She is damaging the brand cause I dont see my self going to postnet.

Customer service not good, unfriendly staff, they don't even greet. It seems the staff are not happy and it reflects on their shop front.

I see no logical reason for placing the Postnet next to the post office(unless it was to catch clients for the post office out of hours). This makes it perpetually empty when the post office is open and full when it is not. They are very good with photocopies and printing, though (except for the young guy who always thinks he knows best when it comes to printing JPEGs. If I tell him from experience that a particular program is incapable of doing something, he INSISTS on finding it out the hard way, costing his employer the price of 10 prints.)
