We are 100% black and 51% black female owned managed company with a Level 1 B-BEE certification and one of the success stories of SAAB Grintek Defense's Enterprise Supplier Development Beneficiaries. Training is provided on a range of IPC accredited courses - IPC J-STD-001 IPC/WHMA 620, IPC A 600, IPC A610 and IPC RMR 7711/7721 - through a number of training mediums (online, video training, classroom interaction). SDE (Pty) Ltd also provide training on Electro-Static Discharge and Component Identification. The IPC programs ensures that participants are knowledgeable in their requirements for electronic assemblies to deliver quality, consistent and reliable printed circuit boards and products to assure clients of their dedication to quality at all times. Mr Neil Johnson the Technical Director of SDE and a former employee and veteren of SAAB Grintek Defense has over 22 years’ experience as a IPC Trainer and he also specializes in the assembly of printed circuit boards. Mrs Fatima Johnson, is the Managing Director for SDE. Her role is to oversee financial,operational and development goals to enhance service delivery. Fatima contributes to the wealth, knowledge and success of the business.
