A good place to go...kids and family friendly

We went for a movie in the children's theatre. Little chairs and a slide for the restless kidos. The slide is pitch black since the lights are off during the movie, might I suggest that they put glow in the dark lights throughout the slide or atleast light up the end of the slide. The children are scared to slide since they cannot see anything... The staff at this ster-kinekor weren't friendly at all and they were understaffed, since there was only 3 staff members visible (ticket assistant, food and beverage provider and ticket checker). This experience wasn't the best and I might think twice before going to watch a movie there again. the children's theatre is a really clever idea but some more thought can be put into it. There are two rows of adult chairs at the back of the cinema.
Had to sit in pitch black cinema for movie to start at 12. I waited till 12:15 to call someone as the movie hasn't started yet. A second person got up to call them to start the movie. 12:35 at time of writing this review the movie still hasn't started. How can you wait more than half an hour for movie to start and no staff even came to check whether everything is fine and working. Such a waste of time, could have spent more time shopping. Such bad customer experience. Now I know why people prefer staying home and watching Netflix.
How on this earth, as a entertainment company not have the correct contact details on you website. I tried to call but I couldn't get hold of ster Kinekor Centurion because their numbers "don't exist". UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE
It is a shame that the industry has been effected like this. More people are streaming now than ever before. It is sad to see this place so empty
Had a good movie, Greenland, but missed the smaal couples bench in the movie, to sit with my spouse on?!!!
The cinema was closed when I there. No notice was posted on their website
Thank you. It was an awesome experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything is new and working. Was a wonderful experience watching a movie in a brand new cinema. Keep up the great work.
