Typical of a gated community. Well kept, neat, clean and secure. The estate is large, but I feel the houses are too close to each other. With that said it still provides ample space compared to what other properties offer in Centurion West

Compact living probably at its best. The developer has certainly maximized the use of the available space. Decent sized homes close together yet you don't feel encroached on.
