Avoid like the plague. On 2 March 202, I spoke to a sales person, and asked for a part, to be precise, a nozzle cleaning kit. I was assured that they do sell the parts, and that it was actually quite cheap. When we arrived at the shop, we were told that they do not have stock, and that they have no idea when they will be getting it. Half a day and fuel wasted. My recommendation is to try another vendor.

Unacceptable service. I called and messaged on 3 March 2021 and the lady I spoke to said she would ensure that I will be contacted the next day. Almost a month later and no contact. I’ll never consider using any company with shocking service.

Great company with all the gas accessories and fittings that you need. Prices of their stoves, hobs and other gas combination units are pricey; make sure you shop around for those. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Setup of store also very well done.
