Clean, organised, professional setup. Enough parking outside. Enough seating in the waiting area. Staff is friendly and helpfull. On-site pharmacy is stocked with all sorts of interesting goodies.

Next time your lines are down try getting someone to answer the phone in a more professional manner and knows what's going on???? Terrible tying to obtain information from someone incompetent and extremely RUDE. Rather divert the phone to a staff member than a random person working from home.

I feel Nursing staff treat you badly and like a child and has no respect for mentally ill. Also I feel the staff that give out food are very impolite. I feel most of the staff have frowns that need to be turned upside down.

Want to visit a colleague there. It's a very well looked after place with adequate parking. At reception I was given the name of the building to go to but it was quite hard to find so Make sure you get proper directions from reception.

Rasist staff. If you need a chair to sit in while a smoke brake you need a drs certification so you sit amongst cigarettes stumps. The classes are basically the same. Room too small for classes your smoke break is two meters by to meter. The aggression by some patients is unbelievable..but mostly black staff are racist I will never go there again. I received an answer that I have helped Read the reviews I will never go back there.
