I would like to write you this email to compliment you for exceptional service ! The nylon string around my one lens was coming loose, and has been like that for a while - so , while driving from Builders Warehouse , I saw your business, and noticed you have a walk in Lab - that already impressed me quite a bit, so I thought , let me stop and see if you can assist me. Standing outside looking through the window I saw your well equipped Lab. Something I have not seen before. So , we walked inside (myself and my daughter) and went to the Lab entrance - Here comes (A-One) the lab technician. And let me tell you - it's been a while since somebody /anybody, gave me such a professional and friendly service !!! This guy, went above and beyond to help me - I tell you - 2 minutes, and my spectacles was finished - this after he replaced the nylon string and cleaned the spectacles - wow - This guy knows what he is doing, and he's hands were so experienced , that you can see this guy has done this many times before ! Then, he blew my mind ! My daughter asked me what all the machines are for, and so I asked A-One if he can perhaps tell us. What does he do - he gives us a tour !!!! He picks up a new job, and explain to us in detail how he prepare the lenses, how it's cut , and demonstrate it as well - I mean where in your life , will you still get someone to do that much effort ! I take my hat to A-One !!!! You have won a customer, and I will tell everyone I meet about you !!! Keep up the good work ..

Another happy customer!! After postponing my eye test for a year because of the bad service from another well known company, I hesitated to go through the embarrasment again... Upon my arrival I felt comfortable enough to walk around the shop and look at different frames untill I got one that suites me perfectly. I went to the reception where the kind young lady assisted me with an appointment. 1 hour later I had my eyes tested (right on time). I felt welcome and at ease of getting my eyes tested with Chantelle. After the test I believe I spoke to the tech... A great guy and completely welcoming personality that knows what he is doing.. From reception to testing eyes to advice ons lenses I want to really thank every person for the time, kindness AND service they have provided. I will definately return as a happy customer. Thanks to everyone. Great job!! *Sorry for the other names i dont remember.

A zero rating would not even be appropriate this time around. I have been with them long before they changed their name to World of Vision. I must be honest their service has become very poor, sub-standard and unacceptable. they really don't care. No follow up Soo disappointed with them with their disgusting zero customer care.

Stop reading this review and just drive there now! Best service, best prices, huge range to select from- and the best part is their onsite laboratory. Took 10 minutes flat to change my frames to funky new ones.

We've been with World of Vision for many years and every single time we interact with them there is a problem of some kind. Either the misordering of lenses or frames, the reception desk staff being incompetent or the actual optometrist being grumpy and down right rude to us. Definitely switching to another Optometrist because working with World of Vision is always a pain. However, they have a great selection of frames and a very comfortable waiting room.
