Super helpful and great products! I bought a super flow kit from them and it arrived promptly. I used it to make a custom super for my little urban hive and the team was very responsive and helpful with any questions I have had! It's great to have such good support from them as I am a new bee keeper. Can't wait to harvest some honey from the flow frames!
I recently purchased an Auto Flow Hive and other equipment from Garrick and Carmen. Starting a hobby you know nothing about is always daunting, but from the first contact they have both been super helpful and informative.They are quick to respond and always checking in to see how things are going, send updates and letting me know about workshop or anything else bee related. Their hives are SO beautifully made and the perfect addition to any orchard or garden. They more of a feature than just your usual bee hive. I love the personal touches on the Auto Hive. I’ve had so many people comment on how amazing they look. Can’t wait for the bees to move in so I can start learning about the amazing little creatures AND learn so much more from them!

Very helpful and friendly service and the product works brilliantly. Can improve on dispatch time, I waited a few days before my parcel was dispatched, thats the only reason for a 4 star. Otherwise definately a 5 star experience.
