I have been in the market for a new vehicle, a double cab, diesel bakkie to be specific. So naturally, I am constantly searching the used vehicle sites looking for the perfect vehicle for my needs. So when a new advert appeared on a vehicle that fitted my criteria I sent a message through one of the used vehicle sites, this was on a Friday. Hearing nothing back in Saturday, I sent a message directly to your dealership in case there was a technical issue with the used vehicle site. Monday came and gone and still nothing. This morning we received a "sorry sold" message on my partners email. It would of been nice to have been asked if I would like some assistance in another vehicle and my criteria. I have yet to receive an return email on my email that I've sent directly to your dealership. I'm honestly appalled by this level of service, esspecially since I was willing to drive from Cape town to inspect the vehicle and most likely purchase it would there have been no faults. It's disappointing to receive this level of service

Took my car for repairs and the technicians broke the locking system for the bornet. I was still not what the problem with my car was. They only guessed and where not sure what the problem was. I took the car to Cape Town and the car was diagnosed with back leakage on the injectors. I was not happy because my car is sitting with an extra problem.
