Die Kraaines Pet warehouse is definitely a one stop pet shop...no need to drive around and search for your pets needs, THEY HAVE IT! And if they don't, they go above and beyond to get what you need, as fast as they can. TOPS...and the staff is soooo passionate and friendly!

The elderly man (think his the owner), is really friendly and informative, i asked a lotta questions about how 2 keep my fish healthy and he answered me so well, without getting irritated or just in a hurry 2get done....That's why i wont hesitate 2take the drive 2go there... What a wonderful experience! We took the grandchildren to buy a bird, and it turned out to be an outing. Corné is the most helpful, friendly person and he went out of his way to assist us and show us around. An amazing pet shop offering a wide range of pets and products, a nursery with play area where the children could safely play and walk around amongst the outdoor bird cages with an amazing range of birds and chickens, a lovely coffee shop where we had breakfast and such friendly staff and service all around. A shopping experience I will remember and highly recommended!
