I wish to alert the general public that this service provider is uunscrupulous and lacks professionalism. My daughter handed in my trimmer for repairs. It was repaired superficially and I was charged R350,00 When I tried the trimmer it had no torque. I decided to take the machine back to Cutsmart Ballito. I informed them of the problem. I was informed that the motor was no good. I find this uunscrupulous and very unprofessional. Normal business practice will entail the service provider calling me and informing me of the undiagnosed problem. This is common practise. I know this is what happens when your vehicle goes in for repairs or service. Best practice entails Cutsmart Ballito calling me, informing me of their diagnosis. They then advise me the way forward. This is exploitation as I have paid R350,00 for repairs that should not have been done. I should have been advised to purchase a new machine instead. I am really appalled at the lack of ethics and professionalism demonstrated.

Kept my mower for 2 weeks before charging to tell me they cant perform a basic service and replace the primer bulb on a standard lawnmower. (A R25 part freely available at most hardware stores)
