I have been emailing these guys for weeks now and I had to repeat answers several times. I finally decided to ask for them to come see the project and have someone talk it though but they wanted money to have someone come talk to me. I was really hoping to have a solar system in an outbuilding but I guess it will have to wait. Update: They replied to to this rating and have been very helpful. They offer to come look at my project for free. Which is great and very appreciated. However for me the damage is done and I am looking for someone else. Hope these guys work for you!

I had another installer come and install a solar system at my house. They didn't actually know how to install a system. I sat with a big problem. Art SoLar came to my rescue. They came with their team of experts, rewired my entire system. They got my system up and running perfectly. Their staff were friendly and professional at all times. They really went the extra mile for me, and I'm so grateful. They are highly reliable, highly skilled artisans and engineers. I had a really bad experience with the original installer. So far the worst company I have dealt with! 23rd December 2019 I phoned Art Solar to find out if they had 100w solar panels in stock and they confirmed they had 12. I left PMB the same day, when I got there they took payment and asked me to wait for them to get the panels, after 20 min they came back and told me they sorry the panels that are in stock are all sold. We were then promised to get the panels middle of January 2020. When I phoned in January they advised it would be middle of February, middle of February they advised end of February. Now we are on the 9th of March, I phoned and they say they have stock but they will come back to me to see if I can get my 2 x 100w panels...... This is absolute pathetic customer service, to get any information from them you as a customer need to phone and they never phone back!

I have bought a total of 12 panels from the, with 3 of them in use for more than a year. These panels are robust and really efficient, with the best price on the market. I had one panel that was damaged in transit and replacement was done without any problems. Special thanks to Courtney for excellent communication .
