This dealership is always spotless, it's big, it's bold as you would expect from a top class BMW dealership. The vehicles on the showroom floor are always the latest, top spec vehicles and the staff are always willing to advise customers towards appropriate choices. All staff greet you with a smile, it is refreshing. While you wait for anyone, you can grab a coffee at their cafe which is also of the highest quality.

The service is second to none. Service department is the best in Durban. But the building is looking a little tired in places and not up to the premium brand it represents.
