I purchased my wedding dress, a veil, bridesmaid and flower girl dresses at Bride&co. Initially everyone was very helpful but as soon as I paid for everything the service went out the door. I left my dress there for a month and half and upon collection the alterations was not done. I was advised to come back the following day and still had to wait an hour and a half for poorly done alterations. Bear in mind I stay 400km from Durban so this was more than an inconvenience when I got home only to find that the veil that was packaged was the incorrect one. I hope future brides have a better experience as I would not recommend purchasing at this branch.

I originally tried on wedding dresses at the Bride and Co Canal Walk, a lovely experience but fell in love with a dress that was one size too small. I phoned through to the Durban branch to see if they had my size. Thankfully they did. Shaista Moodley assisted me and what a fantastic experience. Once I had made payment, they couried my dress up all the way to the Cape Town branch. I was first worried what the condition would be, as I brought a sale dress but when i picked up the dress from Canal Walk brand. It was crisp white and in mint condition. Thank you for the fantastic service! We are also grateful to the Canal Walk Team who made us feel so welcomed when trying on dresses and I enjoyed that the consultants were helpful but did not hover around too much. A tip for brides trying on dresses. Take a good long look at the website before going, decide what styles you like and chose your top four/five picks that you want to try on when you go for your consultation.

Thanks a lot Bride & Co Umhlanga. Im one of the brides that suffered a loss when Euro Bride decided to shut their doors without informing us. I lost R10 000.00 deposit with that and i was devastated, i'm still devastated. Unfortunately i had already purchased my dress somewhere else but was still looking for bridesmaid dresses and when Taisha told me i was getting 50% on all the dresses, i was elated ecstatic.....i couldn't believe it but guess what she was for real. You guys really made my day and i thank you for your generosity. You are really awesome and i would recommend you anytime to anyone looking for friendly, professional and beautiful bridal gowns.

I had last minute time to take my cousin to try on dresses, so I called the branch and they accommodated us for a fitting within the next half an hour, which gave enough time to get there. We got there and we got assisted by the most detail oriented sales lady, she was amazing, she pulled out a selection of dresses to our tastes and when we found the actual dress, she was the most honest we could ask for, she gave her honest opinion and helped us out with accessories to fit the dress. We knew that that dress was the one. She then held the dress for us in order for us to come up with the deposit for it. Overall, the customer service in this branch is above par! She helped us step by step with everything and offered to help with much more. This world needs more people like her. I don’t know your name but thank you for making my cousin look her best for her big day!

I went in and got a dress which my family chose but it was not what I wanted but I got it. 2 months later I broke down and told my future husband he told me to contact them which I did and explained everything. They were so helpful and told me to come back and choose what I wanted and they returned the dress I did not want for the dress I did. I cannot explain how appreciative I am for all their help. They made me feel like a bride and I cannot thank them enough for making me feel like I did. I am so thankful I went to Bride & Co they go far and beyond for you.
