All covid protocols are well maintained. I will only ever cut my hair by Ronelle at Bunga spa. Always feel pampered after a visit to them.
We arrived late but the spa was very accommodating. Lovely place but just needs some attention to details from staff. We booked the hot press compression massage for 2. The room was freezing and there was no remote to put the ac off. Mid way through the massage they offered to change rooms. The music was so loud in our room that you dont even feel relaxed. The therapists left massaging over 10 times during to fill water in the steamer and have a chat and knocking over things. Overall experience was unsatisfactory. Which is a shame because I've been before at the old premises and the experience was great.
I loveeed it!! It was my first time in a spa. I did my facial here for graduation and I was not disappointed at all.
Very friendly staff, clean and the owner is very welcoming. My therapist was very sweet and helped break alot of my knots. Will definitely be back here
Been going for years. Best pedicures, massages and hair dressers. My daughter finds the threading very good. Staff and Owner are friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Great service from Thandeka. Her threading and waxing skills are superb. I love the cleanliness of the place. It's always a pleasure to go back to.
