Received the delivery within 7 days. There were no hassles in assembling this chair.. just had to place the seat part over the below stand. As for quality, so far it’s fine, slightly shaky but still good to go.. it’s fine for temporary work station at home.. let’s see how long it goes..

Surface of the items ordered are so badly scratched. The company does not respond timeously to whatsapp messages (this is also the only form of contact which is so unprofessional).

Bought a phone from them, they delivered the wrong model (32gb instead of 64gb) , I asked for a refund, they offered me way less than the phone was selling for, so I basically had to bear the loss of their incompetence, if you browse through the other reviews here, they look generic and not personal, almost like they were paid to provide 5 star ratings, but don’t take my word for it, browse and make up your own mind. If you go to Hellopeter, you will find customers complaining about similar problems. 0 stars for Me

My shopping experience was very poor....took nearly a month for all of the goods to arrive. They claimed the courier couldn't find our property but we have GPS coordinates available and we are on Google Maps - to redeliver they wanted an extra R500 for courier costs. When I said I would prefer to cancel the order they wanted to charge me 5% costs and the original courier fee despite the fact I had received nothing....it left a very poor taste...being charged extra for poor service, and essentially threatened when I wanted to cancel. The 1 star in all of this was Lindo in the office who was very efficient.
