Very poor customer service. I called Lionel yesterday at 2.15pm. Gave me a quote on the phone and I accepted it. Took my address and said he will see me just now. But never turned up. I called twice this morning and he is not answering my calls. What kind of a customer service is this.

I live in the Malvern area and am generally quite a fussy consumer who is always looking for value for money and good service. I therefore must take time to commend these guys for their excellent work. They go out of their way to trim the trees as well as clean up properly after the work is done. They are also very security conscious and always keep the gate closed when working. Only used them once thus far, but I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work Lionel!
