Took my Ranger for service today. Very bad overall service. Vehicle sounds worse after the service, very noisy and new sqeaks. Nobody mentioned what work was actually carried out. Was told that the vehicle will be ready by 5pm, only got the vehicle at 5.40pm. Vehicle was not sanitized after the test drive, I was just given the keys. Staff was not friendly. Do not recommend this dealership.

The staff is friendly, they know what they are doing, i love the building design, the coffee options you get whilst waiting for your car, it is also close to cornubia mall, just incase you want to grab something to eat or shop, it is about a 10 minute walking distance. The downside about this Ford centre is that they do not wash your vehicle or take you where you need to go when sending your car for servicing, however they do mention that prior to booking so thank you for that.

Pathetic service.. the sales guy Lucky was very unlucky for the dealership. I phoned him for info, took hours to revert back, went into the branch for a car valuation, took days to contact me back.. was not helpful as I mentioned I was in a rush but they took their sweet time about everything.. i was interested in a demo model but it wasn’t there.. he didn’t try to show me any other vehicles in the mean time.. I left truly disappointed... I went to Mazda straight after the same day and received my valuation the same day.. happy with the service from Mazda umhlanga and thus purchased my vehicle from them...

A bit lost with the covid rules around service of my car. They state that they can't clean your car yet someone can take it for a test drive? Makes absolutely no sense, if they say maybe listen we can't clean the inside, I understand but what the hell is the outside of the car and cleaning got to do with covid? I was also told my car with 29000km has warped discs and pads which I struggle to believe and there is no document providing any further info around that, just a quote for R8500 to replace. My USB slot in my car is also not working even though I was charging my phone using it while in the queue to book my car in. Mixed feelings about this one
