Great store. Very modern. Only reason I gave them 1 star short is because they don't give discounts on purchases compared to Malls Tiles for example. Otherwise, good variety, a little more expensive than their counterparts.

Their service is bad its not even funny. I paid for delivery and when they came to deliver some of the material I paid for was not delivered. I called three times and left messages for the manager. There was no response from the manager. I called the fourth time and I was told, that its hectic, they will try and request the driver to deliver my material. I was told that, I can come collect my material and put it in my car. Funny how they took money for delivery now I must drive to CTM to collect my material.......

Not organized and cheeky staff , as a contractor i will not recommend my clients to use there services again , incomplete quotations,contractors spending on their behalf for items left out . We work on a strong first come first serve senario and they would rather serve small payment clients than to satisfy clients that have already paid big amounts .
