Appalling service received from Reception - a mature white lady took the call and wasn’t helpful at all to the point where she just took her receiver and gave the phone to someone else without even giving that person a proper handover on what I was inquiring about. Shameful service in this age of customer service. I feel pity for the owner of this company!!! ️
