As a medical professional, it is amazing that Dr Hansa requesting payment in cash for documentation (PMA reports) requested by insurance companies , upfront in cash and not by the insurance company but rather the client. I cant understand what the difference is, if payment is made by the insurance company Vs taking cash from your very own patient. This practice is unethical and SARS needs to investigate.

Excellent service. Friendly, reassuring and caring.
When I went for a consult to his rooms. The receptionist had no manners..she waited for me to greet her. I had to stand at the desk and wait to be served while she acted busy. No smile , no manners as if she were the doctors wife. Eventually when It was my turn, Dr Hansa had a bad attitude as if he knew it all.
Excellent service a really dedicated person to his patients the level of profesionalism is beyond expectancy Thank you very much for looking after my wife and sorting her very complex heart condition out
